What are your delivery charges? Do you offer free delivery?
We charge 250 pkr delivery charges on orders below 2000 pkr. Orders above 2000 pkr have 200 pkr delivery charges applied. Free delivery is offered on orders above 4000 pkr.

Do you deliver to other cities?
Yes, we ship all across Pakistan through Trax Courier.

Do you ship internationally?

No. We currently only deliver in Pakistan.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

We offer three modes of payment: cash on delivery, bank transfer and easypaisa. You can choose any. Cash on delivery is not applicable on customized and bulk orders.

How long do you take to deliver?

Different products have different time frames, you can check product description for this. However, orders are delivered within 4-7 working days. Customized orders take 8-10 working days.

Do you have a store where we can pick from?

No, we don’t.

Can I pick up my order?

We only operate through delivery currently. Not catering to pick ups.

I live abroad and I’m ordering gifts for someone in Pakistan, how can I pay?”
You can place an order on our website, and pay online (Direct Bank Transfer). The order will be delivered directly to the address you enter.

πŸ“¬ RETURNS AND REPLACEMENT πŸ“¬
We only cater to return or replacement requests only through our email. Please write to us at: queries.outofthebox@gmail.com along with pictures of the product you are concerned with. Please email us within 7 DAYS after receiving your order. We will get back to you within 1-2 working days with a solution.

β€œI received a broken/damaged item. Can I get a refund?”
Please email us within 7 days post receiving your order along with the pictures of the damaged product. We will provide you with a refund or replacement depending on your situation.

β€œI received the wrong item in my order. What should I do?”
Please email us on queries.outofthebox@gmail.com
Our rider will deliver the corrected item to you, and you can return the wrong item to him. No additional charges will be charged.

β€œI have a missing item in my order. What should I do?”
Please email us on queries.outofthebox@gmail.com along with your order number and missing item. We will look into your order, and ship you the missing item.

You can use the code β€œFIRSTORDER” upon checkout to get 5% off your total bill. This is only applicable on orders above 1000 pkr.

WALLET CARDS
Do you customize wallet cards?
No, currently we don't customize wallet cards.
Can we write text on it?
Yes, you can write on the wallet cards using permanent markers.
Are wallet cards water-proof? Would the print fade off?
All wallet cards are waterproof. The print doesn’t fade off. In case it starts to fade off, contact us and we will compensate you with replacement or refund.

POLAROIDS
β€œI observe hijaab. Will my pictures remain safe?”
Yes. Team OOTB currently only includes females. All pictures are arranged, printed and cut by females only. Once your order is over, the pictures are deleted from our end. Hence, 100% pictures privacy is guaranteed.Β 

What’s the size of the polaroid?
We have 5 options for sizes. All size options and printing quality details are mentioned under the description on the polaroid tab. Link attached below:

PAPER STICKERS
Can I put these on my laptop/iPad/Tablet?
We don't advise you to directly apply them on your appliance, since they are paper stickers. They tend to leave a sticky residue behind once removed from the laptop, this can be wiped off using a wet cloth/alcohol swab.
